You will be savvy in:

• People management - inspiring and engaging with your team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Finance and systems management - being a Thought Leader in practice management and loving working with directors who are open for change and process improvement

• Clinical management and ensuring that compliance, safety and accreditation is always demonstrated
